Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Financial year ending 31 March 2026 · Published voluntarily · Covers all Pharoah Technology products, including Solfuego

This statement is made on behalf of Pharoah Technology Ltd (company number 17220127). Our turnover is below the £36m threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires publication, but we publish voluntarily because the standard is the standard.

1. Our business

Pharoah Technology Ltd operates from 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We provide business and technology services, including Solfuego, a solar quote marketplace for homeowners in Spain. We are a small, founder-led business with no manufacturing, no large workforce, and a short supplier chain dominated by UK and EU cloud services.

2. Our supply chain

Primary suppliers are UK and EU-headquartered SaaS providers (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, communications). Each is contractually bound by its own modern-slavery and human-rights commitments. We do not knowingly use suppliers based in regions or sectors at high risk of forced labour under the Global Slavery Index. Installers who respond to Solfuego enquiries are independent businesses, not our suppliers; homeowners contract with them directly.

3. Policies

We operate an internal Code of Conduct covering ethical procurement, fair pay, whistleblowing and supplier due diligence. New suppliers above £5,000 annual spend are screened for modern-slavery commitments before onboarding.

4. Risk assessment

We classify our overall modern-slavery risk as low: digital services, UK/EU suppliers, no physical goods. We review annually and re-classify if we add higher-risk procurement.

5. Training

Founders and any contractors with procurement authority complete a written briefing on modern-slavery indicators on onboarding and annually.

6. Reporting concerns

Anyone with a concern about modern slavery in our operations or supply chain can email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk. Reports are treated confidentially. The UK Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline is 08000 121 700.

7. Approval

Approved by the directors of Pharoah Technology Ltd on 20 May 2026. To be reviewed at the next financial year-end.
