About Solfuego

Solfuego is a free service that receives homeowner solar enquiries and may match them with independent installers. It is operated by Pharoah Technology Ltd (company number 17220127), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

The service

You can submit property and energy-use details to request installer responses and compare available quotes. A request does not guarantee a match, a particular number of quotes, a response time, savings, subsidy eligibility, or project outcome. Availability varies by location and project.

Independent installers

Installers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Solfuego. Any survey, proposal, price, warranty, installation, payment, or contract is directly between you and the installer. Check credentials, insurance, references, technical assumptions, permissions, warranty terms, and the written contract before proceeding.

No payment or financial protection service

Solfuego does not take homeowner payments and does not provide escrow, payment protection, performance guarantees, installer warranties, or a dispute-resolution scheme. Do not send payment details through the quote form. Any payment arrangement is governed by your separate contract with an installer.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting another person's information without authority. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means to abuse the enquiry service.

Information and estimates

Website content, quote comparisons, and any savings or project information are general information, not engineering, legal, tax, subsidy, or financial advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice and a site-specific installer assessment before making a decision.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Solfuego available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every installer response is complete. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for an independent installer's acts, omissions, contract, or work.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Contact info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk with questions or complaints.
